Information

Pancha Bhoota Stalam refers to five temples dedicated to Shiva,each representing a manifestation of the five prime elements of nature: earth, water, fire, air, and space. Pancha indicates "five," Bhoota means "elements," and Sthala means "place." The temples are located in South India, four in Tamil Nadu and one in Andhra Pradesh. The five elements are believed to be enshrined in the five lingas of the temples, with each lingam named based on the element represented.

  • Day 1 : Arrival Tirupati,kalahasti
    Arrival at tirupati. Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at Pick up Point. After freshening up, visit some places Srikalahasti Temple is located in the town of Srikalahasti, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is one of the most famous Shiva temples in South India, and is said to be the site where Kannappa was ready to offer both his eyes to cover blood flowing from the Siva linga before the Siva stopped him and granted him moksha. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
  • Day 2 : Kanchipuram
    Kanchipuram is a Tamil word formed by combining two words "Kanchi" and "-puram" meaning "Brahma" and "residential place" respectively and located on the banks of the Vegavathi river. Kanchipuram has been ruled by the Pallavas, the Medieval Cholas, the Later Cholas, the Later Pandyas, the Vijayanagara Empire, the Carnatic kingdom, and the British, who called the city "Conjeevaram". Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
  • Day 3 : Thiruvannamalai
    It is the administrative headquarters of Tiruvannamalai District.Apart from other temples, there are 8 important shiva temples facing 8 important directions on the (side) path of Girivalam. All the Shivlings of these 8 temples are believed to have formed naturally. Located on the foothills of Annamalai hills, Tiruvannamalai has been ruled by the Pallavas, the Medieval Cholas, the Later Cholas, Hoysalas, the Vijayanagar Empire, the Carnatic kingdom, Tipu Sultan, and the British. It served as the capital of the Hoysalas. The town is built around the Annamalaiyar Temple like other Nayak capitals. Tiruvannamalai is administered by a special-grade municipality constituted in 1886.
  • Day 4 : Chidambaram,Trichy
    Chidambaram is a town and municipality in Cuddalore district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is the headquarters of the Chidambaram taluk. The town is believed to be of significant antiquity and has been ruled, at different times, by the Pallavas until the 9th century, Medieval Cholas, Later Cholas, Later Pandyas, Vijayanagar Empire, Thanjavur Nayaks, Marathas and the British.     The city is credited with being the best livable city and the cleanest city of Tamil Nadu, also fifth most safest city for women in India. It is the fourth largest city as well as the fourth largest urban agglomeration in the state. Tiruchirappalli is one of the oldest inhabited cities in India. Its recorded history begins in the 3rd century BC, when it was under the rule of the Cholas. The city has also been ruled by the Pallavas, Pandyas, Vijayanagar Empire, Nayak Dynasty, the Carnatic state and the British. The most prominent historical monuments in Tiruchirappalli include the Rockfort, the Ranganathaswamy temple at Srirangam, the Erumbeeswarar Temple at Thiruvarur and the Jambukeswarar temple at Thiruvanaikaval.
