NJP/ IXB to Gangtok (130kms in 4hrs)

After proceeding to Gangtok, we assist you to check in at the hotel and take a rest. Our Representative Suggests you sleep early for the next day's tour. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake with Baba Mandir Excursion – 52 kilometers in 3 hours - One way (Time: 7.30 AM to 2.30 PM)

You get up Morning, get refreshed, and have breakfast. We proceeded to Tsomgo Lake, a high-altitude alpine lake close to the Indo-China Border. The 1-kilometre long and 15meter deep lake is considered sacred to the local people. Pure water remains frozen in the winter. Enjoy playing in snow and Yak Ride. After proceeding to Legendary Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir . Back to the Hotel for a late Lunch. An optional Tour to Nathula Pass on the China Border can also be arranged. (Except Mon, Tue) for Indians only with 30 Days Advance Request at an Extra additional cost. (Permit for Nathula Pass is subject to availability) Take some rest. After that you will visit the Popular M G Marg. It is now more like a long stretch of open mall or just sits down & relax on one of the many benches laid along both sides of the road to enjoy the Surroundings. The whole area is free of smoke & vehicles. Overnight stay at Gangtok. Documents need to carry: Original id proof + 02 Photocopies + 04 Passport size photos. Gangtok to Lachen, 130kms in 7hrs Morning proceeds to Lachen in North Sikkim. On the way, we will visit Singhik, Butterfly WaterFalls, and Chungthang Confluence. Lunch at a local restaurant. Check in at a local Guest house. Free evening and Overnight stay at Lachen.
Lachen to Thangu, Chopta Valley & Gurudongmar Lake (for Indians Only), Total 120 kilometers in 6 hours

Morning Proceeds to Thangu Village, a remote high altitude village of Tibetan Nomads & also proceed to Chopta Valley to get some breathtaking views of alpine valleys of frozen rivers. From Chopta Valley proceed for another 30 kilometers in 1.5 hour to Gurudongmar Lake close to the Tibet Border, one of the Highest & largest freshwater lakes in Sikkim. Back to the Hotel for Lunch. Lachen to Lachung, 50 kilometers in 2.5hours – Check out in the hotel and proceed further to Lachung via Chungthang. On the way visit Chungthang Confluence & Vimala Water Falls. Check-in at the hotel. Free evening for leisure. Overnight at Lachung.
Lachung to Yumthang Valley Tour 25kilometers in 1.5hours (One Way)

Yumthang is well known as “The Valley of Flowers”. It is also known as home to the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, & has over twenty-four species of the Rhododendron, the state flower. A green land in the lap of “The great Himalaya” covered with a tree & a glacier flowing through it, is enough to make you speechless. You can see snow every season. You will feel like you are in Heaven. Morning proceeds to Yumthang Valley, an Alpine flower valley in North Sikkim. Enjoy the Nature landscape. An Optional Tour to Yumesamdong or Zero Point. Another journey of 24 kilometer in 01-hour need to witness another wonderful scenic vista. A place that will be in your mind forever. The tour may tire you but the natural Beauty of “The Great Himalaya” energises you for beautiful memories. Return to Hotel for Lunch. Lachung to Gangtok, 125kilometers in 6hours After lunch, Check out from Lachung hotel and drive back to Gangtok via Chungthang. Check-in at the hotel by evening. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Gangtok to IXB 130 kilometers in 04 -05 hours

Today you will depart from Sikkim with a cute smile on your face remembering all the sweet moments spent here and drive back to NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport for further journey. Today your tour with the Northeast Tour ends. Fly back with sweet memories of the Northeast Tour.
